the electrical storm out of doors has busted the electricity in the trailer (the place we call home). oh puppies and daniel and rebekah, what a dark night we will have. We have sought out a few candles, yet our hearty Mexico flashlight has dead batteries and we need the electric to charge them.
Today I was wet in the rain and sweaty in the heat. Today I got manure on my clothes, and I began to develop carpentry skills building crates for our produce. I feel joyful to have had the day I had. And the week I had. Work, in my perception, is hard. My being is what I would call tired at the end of a day. And I am thankful to be here.
oh and we have an internet connection. To me, it is a little unreliable and as slow as dial-up yet it serves us when we want it
okay, we are to make tortillas (!!!) and dinner! and darkness!
I laughed several times reading the April posts - and hope to read some entries for this May (already the 8th…whaaa!?) I also love reading the comments from Daniel’s family on your website, to see such interest so openly and honestly.
Love you both. See you soon.
Somehow i missed the point. Probably lost in translation
Anyway … nice blog to visit.
cheers, Certitude!!
